Broker service agreement
Between Sactown Auto Broker, Sacramento, CA · (916) 201-5072 · VDonato0000@gmail.com, and the Client named below.
1. Services
Sactown Auto Broker ("Broker") will search for, evaluate, negotiate, and coordinate the purchase or lease of a vehicle matching the Client's stated requirements. Broker does not sell vehicles and is not a dealer.
2. Broker fee
Standard service: $599 flat fee for most new and used car searches. Premium service: $899 flat fee for luxury vehicles, EVs, and leases. The selected tier is marked below.
3. Payment timing
The broker fee is due when the Client signs the purchase or lease documents for a vehicle located by Broker. No broker fee is due if no vehicle is purchased or leased.
4. Separate costs
The broker fee does not include the vehicle price, sales tax, registration, DMV fees, dealer documentation charges, inspections, delivery, or any other third-party costs. These are paid by the Client directly.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Either party may cancel this agreement in writing at any time before the Client signs purchase or lease documents, with no fee owed. Once purchase documents are signed, the broker fee is non-refundable.
6. No guarantee
Broker will use reasonable efforts but does not guarantee a specific vehicle, price, savings, availability, or financing approval.
7. Client decision
The Client makes the final decision to buy or lease and reviews all purchase documents before signing.
